FATHER'S DAY

Updated: Jun 17, 2022

"The best thing that God has ever blessed us

with is wonderful and carrying dad like you."

Father's Day is a recognized public holiday in Lithuania and some parts of Spain and was considered such in Italy until 1977. It is a national holiday in Estonia, Samoa, and equivalently in South Korea, where it is celebrated as Father's day. The holiday complements similar celebrations honoring family members, such as Mother's Day, Siblings' Day, and Grandparents' Day.

The main reason to celebrate Father's Day is to remember and give a special thanks to every father who has given a lot of dedication to his children. However, in children's lives, parents are the real role model for them, they are inspired by their fathers since childhood. It is celebrated on the third Sunday of June each year.

The first superhero that any child meets in his life is his father. At a growing age of children, they need someone who can be their role model. The father is the best example of a superhero. A father works tirelessly day and night for his family so that he can educate his children well and support his family. To pay tribute to this hard work, every year we celebrate Father's Day. On this day, we give respect and gratitude to our father.

If any child is in trouble, the first person a child remembers is his or her parent. This shows the importance of a father in the life of any person. Father's Day is celebrated on the 3rd Sunday of June every year around the world.

There is no doubt that the role of the father is important in our lives. His presence is important to maintain equality and peace in our family. We respect the father and try to develop the necessary qualities to be like him when he grows up.

Primary school teachers and students celebrated Father's Day with great enthusiasm. It is not only the first event of the academic year but also a celebration that honors fathers and celebrates fatherhood and the influence of fathers on the individual child and society in general. It was dedicated to one of the most valuable people in our lives, our parents.

Teachers conducted various Father's Day-themed activities with students in preparation for International Father's Day which is celebrated around the world on June 19th. The dynamic event concluded with parents expressing their feelings on the occasion. They appreciated the efforts of the school authorities for this unique idea of involving parents in these types of celebrations and said that these types of events help them get to know their children better and also help them nurture their relationship with their children.

It was a memorable event that parents and children will cherish for a lifetime. Our principal, Mr. Nitin Patil, also gave us a lot of information about Father's Day, even Vice-principal, Mrs. Anju Mistry also encouraged our students to organize this beautiful event.
