Group Discussion: Quality Education

Group discussion (GD) is a comprehensive technique to judge the suitability of an individual and his appropriateness for admission, scholarship, job, etc. GD assesses the overall personality – thoughts, feelings and behavior - of an individual in a group. A topic is presented to the group members for discussion.

Group Discussion was organized at Gajera Vidyabhavan Sachin on18th November, 2022. The theme for Group Discussion was Quality Education. Students of primary and higher secondary participated in it. There was there group . Group A was from std 7 and there were 7 participants in it. Group B was from std 8 and there were 8 participants . And group c was from higher secondary .

The competition was hosted by our anchor Jayesh Agarwal. He welcomed our Principal Mr. Nitin Patil and Vice Principal Mrs. Anju Mistry. After that he narrated the rules and judgement criteria to our participants. The first group A started the group discussion and gave excellent performance on Quality Education and shared important information to everyone while discussing. After group B and Group C gave their suggestions and information regarding the theme. After completing the first round there was second round for the participants and that was summarizing round and in that from each group one student came to give conclusion regarding theme. After completing the competition our Principal sir gave his remarkable speech about this competition and in the end our judges announced the result of the competition and Group A became winner of the competition. The programme was ended by the appreciation of audiences.
