Happy Father’s Day
The mountain trapped me inside for many years.
I spent living in extreme conditions hating the mountain more and more
with each passing moment.
I had no love for him, but he kept me inside, torturing me.
Meeting the world freely was the only thing, I wanted in life.
Finally, I got out to meet the world.
It wasn't as I expected.
It was harsh, poisoned, and cruel.
I never thought that one day I would miss the days
I lived inside the mountains protection.
I always thought that mountain hated me as much as I did him.
I thought that he had no love for me.
It was because of his teachings and behaviors, things that
I regarded it as "torture " that I could survive the poisons of this world.
The mountain was " Father ".
"My father gave me the greatest gift anyone could give another person, he believed in me.” Father and Mother are two important persons in a child's life. Father is the pillar of the family who supports the family financially, maintains discipline, and shows the right path to the children. Father teaches to stay rock-solid in difficult situations, motivates to achieve goals, provides the best education, and is a role model for his children.
Generally, fathers are not too expressive of their love towards their children and family but a father's sacrifices and hard work speaks for his dedication and love for family. To acknowledge and honor all fathers and fatherhood, we celebrate Father's Day on the 3rd Sunday of June, every year. Father's Day celebration was initiated by Sonora Smart Dodd and it was celebrated on the third Sunday of June in 1910 In America.
Since then many countries celebrated Father's Day on the third Sunday of June. Children show their love, respect, and gratitude towards all father figures by giving cards and various kinds of gifts. Fathers are made to feel special by cooking their favorite food and spending quality time with family. Some people organize parties to celebrate fatherhood and some people keep them very simple. As it is a relatively very modern celebration, every country and every family have their own way of celebrating this day. But the spirit of the celebration remains the same.
Fathers are loved and respected every day however to have a special day dedicated to fathers is a way to express love, respect, and gratitude towards the fathers.
Gajera Vidhyabhavan Sachin, celebrated " Virtual Father's Day " and Students did a dance with their Father and enjoyed this day with great enthusiasm and zeal. Students wrote letters also to express their love, emotion, feelings which they couldn't say throughout the year. So, through the letter, they got the chance to tell their Fathers how much they love and respect their Father. Let's celebrate each day as a " Father's Day " and give immense love and respect as much we can give.
