Health Fitness for busy people

Health is wealth rightly said. Good Health is an important part of human life. Fitness is the cornerstone of good health .The best way of living a good life is by maintaining good health and fitness, impact both mental and physical. its maintain by doing regular exercise with balanced diet.

But "a man too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools".

  • Life is meant to be enjoyed. Sure i agree with this statement, but the problem is this is used to justify all kinds of unfair behaviour.

  • We can do without junk food still enjoy life by excercise and yoga. Because the benifits of excercise are endless. Regular physical activity improve every aspect of our health.

  • it decreases cardiovascular risk, manages stress, improves mood , relief chronic pain etc.

Some people are committed to fitness and get more than enough exercise but most are not. There are a lot of reasons behind because modern life is so busy our work days are long and home responsibilities ties can easily take up rest of our time so how do we make this work?the answer is as following__

  • Exercise does not have to mean going for run or gym but our sitting for long time there are a great benefits from all activities for any amount of time.

  • Exercise can fit into busiest work day. If we have to go to another floor take the stairs. By walking across official place to chat with colleagues, as well as stand up from your desk every half hour and extend may be walked around your working place.

  • Research found that if we are hungry when ordering a meal we will increase the amount of calories but if we only eat snacks like grapes, carrots sticks, corn, cucumber etc. Low salt with few physical activities.

  • To drink cups of water before eating lunch and dinner is a simplest thing you can do to improve our overall health.

our essential health benefits investing time in ourselves for our healthy and fit life. Of course it is not an easy task but there is no excuse that can be more important Nor repay for our health.

The foundation of success in life is good health that is the substratum fortune; it is also the basis of happiness. a person cannot accumulate a fortune very well when he is sick.
