National Pollution Control Day

National Pollution Control Day is observed on 2nd December to instill awareness among people about environmental pollution and its disastrous consequences. The National Pollution Control Day is observed every year on this day in remembrance of those who lost their lives in the Bhopal Gas tragedy when the deadly gas methyl isocyanate leaked out of the Union Carbide plant on the intervening night of December 2 in 1984.
The key objectives are to educate people about the importance of pollution control acts and making them aware about industrial disasters. The day aims to bring awareness to people about prevention of air, soil, noise, and water pollution.
Theme of the year 2021
The theme of National Pollution Control Day 2021 is like any other year – raise awareness about the importance of pollution control and educate people on how to prevent pollution. It is very important to manage Pollution for making the Environment clean and better to live in it. Every people in the World are used to live in a proper environment where there is no pollution in it. People need to get every knowledge of the Pollution to reduce it for making a better World of Clean Environment without Pollution.
The Government has made various laws and rules to reduce Pollution. A pollution-free environment is very necessary for every people to do all the tasks in a better way and to remain Disease free. Without Pollution, the Environment is very useful to keep the people to get their tasks completed in a better way. Pollution can result in making the people avoid concentration in any of the activities which can result in incomplete of their goal.
Gajera Vidyabhavan Sachin believes in pollution free nature. We do many activities in daily life. But for specially this day, our educators explained about different kinds of pollution and their causes . Our little Gajerians did various activities and explained how to reduce pollution in our daily life. How can we start ? It's up to us. Because small things makes a big difference also. So,we can starts from our home.
We all need to reduce Pollution through Eco- friendly activities and make our world pollution free .
