P.E.M. JUNE-2022

At the beginning of the new academic year 25th June 2022-23, the first PEM was conducted at Gajera Vidyabhvan, Sachin. It’s important to discuss factors outside the classroom that could influence a learner's behavior, classroom focus, motivation, and relationships with schoolmates and educators. Frank discussions are necessary for the teachers to understand the learner's challenges and for the parents to learn how they can help their child reach their academic potential.


Parent-Educator conference is one of the important activities of any school. PEM is a great opportunity for both the educators and the parents to work for the betterment of the child. The PEM is carried out to assess the learner's academic and non-academic performance. It helps to know and work for the performance of the child. Importance of Education in all aspects of the Modern World, In addition, the PEM enables parents and educators to work for the positive modification of the student's performance.


The first day of school brings out so many emotions and excitement across the faces of educators welcoming their new learners. A parent-educator meeting is a breeze when the learner is doing well, but educators are often in the difficult position of explaining to parents that their child is struggling with some aspect of schoolwork. This can trigger a wide range of responses.


Together with the educators if the parents are also involved in the school activity, then a student can do better and rank higher in both academic and non-academic performance. That is the main reason why PTM is important in the school.



The parents and educators interacted and discuss many topics through PEM like weekly test reports, upcoming Unit-Test, celebrations, how to use school educational apps (GEMS), etc. This meeting provides a platform where the educator is able to know each child individually. So that educators can plan for the better overall development of the learners.
