World Youth Skills Day

Youth is an important part of the society.
The role of the youth is simply to renew, refresh and maintain. Youth have a role to renew and refresh the current status of our society including leadership, innovations, skills etc. ... On the other hand, youths have also to maintain the culture of our culture, all good values in the societies, development projects, etc.

In 1998, a resolution proclaiming 12 August as International Youth Day was adopted by the first session of the the World Conference of Ministers Responsible for Youth , which was hosted by the Government of Portugal in cooperation with the United Nations (Lisbon, 8-12 August 1998).
World Youth Day (WYD) is an event for young people organized by the Catholic Church that was initiated by Pope John Paul II in 1985.
International Youth Day (IYD) gives an opportunity to celebrate and mainstream young peoples' voices, actions and initiatives, as well as their meaningful, universal and equitable engagement.International Youth Day (IYD) is an awareness day designated by the United Nations. The purpose of the day is to draw attention to a given set of cultural and legal issues surrounding youth.
Reason behind celebrating youth day is In UNESCO, Skill technical and vocational education competition organised to enhance tha youth skill.
It means Youth needs to gain skills in different fields and make them capable to gain job for them. Specially, in backward or underdeveloped countries, Youth are facing unemployment due to lack of skills or knowledge. So, the world started celebrating " World Youth Day " to provide awareness about the skill development among the Youth. SKILL DEVELOPMENT was the main objective for this day.
In Gajera Vidhyabhavan, Sachin providing not only education but also sharping the skills of the students which helps them to develop thier skills.
Through " Sunita Maker's " space learners learn new things and enhance their skills. Not only " Sunita Maker's but also providing but Club activities which helps them use their skills in proper way and tries to remove thier weakness which builds confidence. Even,the Gajera Trust started " " TomorrowLand " and by organising different- different Competition and events related their skill development which makes the learnes clear mindset related to choose thier future path. Which is helpful to use for future and In future thier will expand their skill by motivating other. Even, in their youth they don't have struggle too much for thier career path. GAJERA Trust tries best to make the clear path for the learners and become enough capable to use thier skills to gain dreams or jobs.
